TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE „WIN BLUEBERRY HONEY” COMPETITION DATED 21.06.2019

• 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the Facebook competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is skarbyroztocza.mom, belonging to the company F. H. U. FOTO- MAR Mariusz Załoga, with its registered office at ul Cieślewskiego 11/42, 31-467 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”).

2. The prize is funded by the Organiser.

3. The administrator of the personal data shared by the Competition Participants is the Organiser.

4. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the Participant to enter the Competition. Persons providing data have the right to access, change, or delete said data.

5. These terms and conditions (hereinafter „Terms and Conditions”) define the conditions of the Competition.

6. The competition is not created, administered, supported, or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is a registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.

7. The competition is held on the page www.facebook.com/skarbyroztocza (hereinafter referred to as the “Fanpage”).

8. Supervision over the correctness and course of the Competition, i.e., providing information about the Competition and considering complaints, is carried out by the Organiser's employees.

• 2. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

1. Participants of the Competition may only be natural persons, consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, possessing full legal capacity, being users and holding an active account on Facebook.com, who have accepted these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: „Participant”).

2. The Participant declares that:

1. they are a natural person with full legal capacity;
2. they have read the content of these Terms and Conditions and are voluntarily entering the Competition;
3. they agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions, including reading and fully accepting the prize collection procedure;
4. they undertake to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions,
5. they consent to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Competition;
6. they are a registered User of the Facebook social networking site;

3. Employees and associates of the Organiser may not participate in the Competition.

• 3. PRIZE

1. There is ONE PRIZE in the Competition – for the person selected in the manner specified in §6.

2. The prizes (hereinafter: „Prize”) in the Competition is BLUEBERRY HONEY 700 g.

3. Information about the Prize will be included in the content of the Competition announcement published on Facebook, on the Skarby Roztocza profile - www.facebook.com/skarbyroztocza

4. The winner is not entitled to exchange the Prize for cash or any other type of prize.

5. The winner may waive the Prize, but in return, they are not entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize.

• 4. PLACE, TIME AND RULES OF THE COMPETITION

1. The Competition is available in the form of a competition announcement (hereinafter: „competition post“) on the Facebook social networking site on the Organiser's profile at www.facebook.com/skarbyroztocza

2. The Competition runs from 21 June 2019 at 19:00 until 5 July 2019 at 19:00.

• 5. RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

1. The task of the Competition Participant is:

1. posting (in the form of a comment under the competition Post) an answer to the question presented in the content of the competition post on the Organiser's Fanpage,

1. Liking the competition post.

2. Information about the competition will be available on Facebook at www.facebook.com/skarbyroztocza

• 6. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES

1. Access to the Competition is free of charge and requires registration on the Facebook social networking site.

2. The condition for participating in the Competition is the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the correct performance of all tasks described in § 5. Para. 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

3. The award of the prize is decided by the Organiser by analyzing the correctness of the performance of the tasks described in § 5. Para. 1 of the Terms and Conditions by the Competition Participants

4. The Organiser will select 1 winner from among the submitted entries.

5. The Competition winner will be notified of the win and the conditions for collecting the Prize via a private message sent on Facebook within 3 working days from the end of the competition.

6. Public information about the win will also be placed in a comment to the competition post on the page www.facebook.com/skarbyroztocza

7. The condition for the awarded Participant to receive the prize is to send a private message with the following data within 36 hours of announcing the Competition results on the Fanpage - www.facebook.com/skarbyroztocza:

1. first name and surname
2. correspondence address
3. phone number
4. email address

8. Failure to send the message referred to in point 3, or exceeding the allowed response time, or sending incorrect data, will result in the participant losing the right to the prize.

9. Prizes awarded in the Competition will be sent to participants within 14 calendar days from the date the Organiser receives the information referred to in paragraph 6.

10. Prizes will be sent at the Organiser's expense or via a courier company to the address indicated by the Participant. The address must be a Polish address.
