How to exchange Virtual Bees?

Loyalty programme of Skarby Roztocza - how to check the balance of Virtual Bees and exchange them?

You often ask us how to correctly exchange collected points in our loyalty programme. We are here to help! Below we have prepared a simple step-by-step guide to help you exchange Virtual Bees for delicious honeys for a symbolic pound in our shop www.skarbyroztocza.mom.

STEP 1: Go to login

Click on the "user" icon located in the page header (in the top right corner).

STEP 2: Log in to your account

In the e-mail field, enter your e-mail address.
In the password field, enter your previously set password.
Click the button "Log in".

STEP 3: Go to the Client Panel

Click the "user" icon in the page header again.
Click the username or any section, e.g.: "Your orders", "Account settings" or "Your addresses".
You have just entered your Client Panel.

STEP 4: Scroll to the Loyalty Programme section

In the Client Panel, scroll down to the section "Loyalty programme".
Here you will find information about the current number of collected Virtual Bees and the full history of their exchange.

STEP 5: Select rewards

Click the button "See rewards for Virtual Bees".
In this place, you can decide whether you want to display all rewards available in the shop, or only those that your current points balance (Virtual Bees) allows.

STEP 6: Add rewards to the basket

Choose the rewards you are interested in by clicking the button "Add to basket".

STEP 7: Complete shopping and finalise the order

Choose any products from the regular shop offer and add them to your basket. Important: Exchanging collected Virtual Bees for products can only be done during standard shopping. This means that at least one of the products in the basket must be paid for (not come from an exchange).
Exchanged products for £1 will appear on your shopping list in the basket.
We will notify you by e-mail about the new, updated status of bees in your Virtual Hive immediately after the order is paid.
