Description
Chanterelle, also known as Golden Chanterelle- our Polish dried mushrooms, sliced and sealed in an airtight jar. The net weight of the dried mushrooms is 50g.
Chanterelle, or Golden Chanterelle
Golden chanterelle, or the popular "chanterelle" mushrooms. A species of mushroom that is probably our favourite. Their taste always reminds us of youthful times, especially scrambled eggs with chanterelles :) Chanterelles are definitely popular in our country. Despite their popularity, it has not been so easy to find them in recent years. It is also worth maintaining a high degree of caution due to many similar-looking species of inedible mushrooms.
Golden chanterelle (chanterelle) - health properties
Porcini mushroom has a high water content- thanks to this it has a low calorie count (50-70 kcal/100 g). Furthermore, golden chanterelle (chanterelle) has many important health properties for our body. The most important of these include:
- Source of nutrients: Dried chanterelles are rich in nutrients, such as vitamins (especially vitamin D), minerals (such as iron, potassium and phosphorus) and protein. They are also a source of fibre, which is important for digestive health.
- Supporting the immune system: Vitamin D present in dried chanterelles can help strengthen the immune system, which can help in preventing infections and diseases.
- Antioxidant content: Dried chanterelles contain antioxidants, such as polyphenols, which help fight free radicals in the body, which can contribute to protection against chronic diseases and ageing.
- Supporting heart health: Potassium present in dried chanterelles can help regulate blood pressure, which positively affects heart health. In addition, fibre lowers blood cholesterol levels.
Why do we offer our mushrooms in a tightly sealed jar?
To ensure that dried mushrooms do not lose their intense aroma, they should be sealed in an airtight container. The choice of container in which we store dried mushrooms is very important. It should be metal, glass, or enamelled. This will also prevent food moths from infesting and allow the mushrooms' flavour qualities to be preserved for as long as possible.
That is why our airtight glass jars are well-suited for storing dried mushrooms. A jar of dried mushrooms should be placed in a dark and dry place, preferably at room temperature. Humidity, high temperature, air and light make dried mushrooms lose their taste and aroma. It is not recommended to store dried mushrooms in paper or plastic bags. They will quickly lose their taste and may go mouldy.
Dried mushrooms with a net weight of 50g are placed in a jar with a capacity of 815 ml. Due to differences in the volume of the dried product and in order to ensure that the mushroom retains its form and does not break when placed in the jar or during transport, there may be excessive space in the packaging, which of course does not affect the net content of the product.
Dried mushrooms - certified and checked by a certified mushroom expert.
By purchasing our mushrooms, you can be sure of their origin and that they have been properly chosen and selected. Our mushrooms are marked with a certificate and the number of a certified mushroom expert. This allows you to peacefully enjoy the healthy taste qualities of our mushrooms.
The drying temperature of the mushrooms is approx. 35 deg. C.
